Intro Call

Step 1
This is the first step to starting your own franchise business. This is where we get to know each other, learn your interests, and you will better understand how the process works. We will determine if working together will be a good fit for both of us.

Business Assessment Review

Step 2
Prior to this call we will invite you to take our Business Assessment, which leverages 7 different sciences to identify your core values, work style, areas of strength, and work culture fit. The results are almost always surprisingly accurate, insightful, and fun for people to use to reflect. In the call, we'll review the assessment results, ask some clarifying questions, and gain a better appreciation of what is important to you in a business.

Financial Review

Step 3
This is an integral part of the journey, as it provides insight into your financial reach and your comfort zone for investment. We will introduce you to reputable franchise financing/funding resources that will be able to assist you throughout that process.

Franchise Presentation

Step 4
We will be presenting 4-8 franchise concepts that have been hand picked for you. The ideal outcome of this call is for there to be 2-4 concepts that you would like to learn more about and schedule the initial call with the franchisor. This step can be revisited, as needed.

Franchise Introduction

Step 5
During this phase, you will connect one on one with the franchise representative from each of the concepts selected in the previous step. During this initial call, you get the opportunity to learn more about their business and ask questions to help determine your level of interest. The franchise is also evaluating you and your potential to as a brand ambassador and business owner within their company. Both parties determine in this call, if there is value in continuing in the process.

Franchise(s) Validation

Step 6
By this stage, you will have received the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and will have greater insight into the brand’s financial opportunity. You will also have the opportunity to hear directly from others who have invested in the system to learn about their experiences first-hand (typically referred to as ‘validation calls’). We will be with you along the way and can connect you with experts like Franchise Attorneys, Accountants, etc, as needed. Additionally, in this stage you will most likely have an Executive Interview with a leader of the franchise organization for deeper understanding of their vision and strategies for growth.

Discovery Day

Step 7
Franchisors will invite you to "Discovery Day", which is typically an in person, deep-dive experience into the company. This is your opportunity to make an impression on the franchisor as you are at the final stage of the process, and at this time, confirm for yourself that this concept could be/is the right fit for you. Our collective goal is to get the franchisor to want you and for you to be confident and ready to say yes to the franchisor.

Sign and Launch!

Step 8
After you’ve been awarded the franchise you will review the Franchise Agreement, sign and pay your franchise fee. You’ll soon start training and be well on your way to launching your new business! Congratulations!

Your skills are a transferrable and valuable in a wide range of businesses! We'll also help you understand the various aspects needed in a successful business (marketing, logistics, finance, human resources, sales, etc.) And how by choosing a franchise you are pairing your expertise and effort with a full team to help you manage both the work load and cost.
